We use your information to: - Generate personalized songs based on your preferences - Manage your account and credit balance - Send transactional emails (account confirmation, song delivery, purchase receipts) - Improve our service and user experience - Communicate important updates about BabyBeats
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate BabyBeats: - Supabase: authentication and database hosting - Stripe: payment processing - Suno: AI audio generation - Anthropic (Claude): AI lyrics generation - Resend: transactional emails - Vercel: hosting and analytics Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.
4. Cookies
BabyBeats uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use Vercel Analytics for basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and generated songs for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Generated audio files may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion.

7. Children's Privacy
BabyBeats is a service used by parents and guardians to create songs for their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The child's name provided during song creation is used solely for generating personalized lyrics and is associated with the parent's account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of BabyBeats after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
